Working Bee Tomorrow Sunday 25th July 24/07/10 2:52pm
After a very successful day today marking out the track, we are now ready to lay out the ropes and start filling hollows etc, ready for rotary hoeing next weekend.
Anybody keen to help out, please be at the track at 11am tomorrow. The more people helping, the quicker it will be, plus you'll get an early preview of the new layout.
Please bring wheelbarrows, spades, rakes and good gumboots (it's very wet underfoot). See you there.
Working Bee at Bristol Park 23/07/10 12:53pm
Due to 28 mm of rain over night we have rearranged the schedule for the track re-build - the track is now flattened.
The plan now is for a smaller working bee starting Noon Saturday to mark out the track, build up a few little hollows, and lay some of the drainage.
Once those elements are done we will have the track rotary hoed and therefore (weather permitting) the major working bee to finish the track build will be next Saturday 31 July.

The purpose of this meeting to discuss track design plans and ideas and formalize a design that will be implemented.
There are ideas that will require some construction work, eg Retaining walls. We would like to have these pre-cut and ready for installing at the major working bee Saturday 24th and possibly Sunday 25th July.
